Due to the harsh weather conditions this afternoon from Tropical Storm Hermine, power was knocked out in most of the North East side of San Antonio this afternoon for several hours, including the power at our office and Data Center.  Although we have backup and secondary power installed in our datacenter to handle circumstances like these, they were unable to sustain such a long period of time without electricity which may have caused outages of internet, hosting and email services to our customers.  Others providers such as AT&T, Time Warner and others were also affected which made data transmissions between providers difficult.
